我校教师在国际知名期刊发表多篇高水平论文

近期，我校工商管理学院教师康勇军、宋信强、闫泽斌，分别在国际知名期刊Journal of Management Studies(FT 50)、Journal of Business Ethics(FT 50)、Journal of Supply Chain Management(ABS 4星)发表高水平论文。

康勇军教授论文：The persistence or diminishment of employee stewardship behaviour:Exploring the crucial roles of supervisors’ cultural orientation, admiration, and status conferral。该研究为管理者激励员工持续展现管家行为提供了重要启示。

宋信强博士论文：The double-edged impact of generative AI appraisals on workplace cheating:The roles of psychological empowerment and job complexity。该研究为如何通过有效整合人工智能进而减少员工不道德行为提供了重要启示。

闫泽斌副教授论文：Differentiated relational strategies in major supplier networks:A blessing or a curse in collectivist cultures。该研究为差异化供应商管理提供了情境化视角，并丰富了集体主义文化下供应链管理的相关研究。

以上三项研究成果进一步夯实了工商管理学院在高水平科研领域的基础。这是工商管理学院教师在UTD24、FT50及ABS四星等国际商科顶级期刊上发表的第9篇论文。这些成果体现了工商管理学院科研水平的稳步提升，为学科建设与发展奠定了坚实的基础。
